On Sunday, October 26, at St. Francis of Assisi Chapel in Fátima do Sul – Dourados, we rejoiced, celebrated, and gave thanks to God together with Sister Cleonice for her 25 years of Consecrated Religious Life. The Mass was presided over by Father Pierri, the parish priest, who added a special touch to the celebration, inspiring us and inviting us to remember our own vocational journeys. Addressing Sister Cleonice, Father Manoel de Pierri Primo, SAC, wished her many more years of life and expressed gratitude for the presence of the Sisters of St. Joseph in the parish.
Sister Cleonice gave thanks to God, to the Sisters, friends, and family for her entire formation journey. She shared that, like clay in the hands of the potter, she allowed herself to be shaped and guided by the Potter’s hands — Jesus — for all the good He has done and continues to do in her life.
It was a moment of great joy and gratitude, as the community gathered to celebrate the life and mission of Sister Cleonice.
