FLAMES OF TANMAYA SPEAKS

Launched in 2024 in Tanmaya Province, Flames of Tanmaya Speaks is an initiative designed to empower 51 sisters aged 25 to 55 through a Goal Orientation Programme (GOP). This program aims to foster leadership, critical thinking, and effective mission planning, encouraging participants to deepen their commitment and serve with renewed vision.

Listening to the voices

In April 2024, a Google Forms questionnaire was shared with the sisters to gather their thoughts on the vision, values, and challenges within the Province. The core group analyzed the responses and presented their findings to the Province Leadership Team (PLT). This process led to a shared document, which was presented on March 14 during a Zoom meeting. The active participation of the PLT helped create an open and engaging discussion, encouraging more involvement from the sisters.

A call for commitment

The two-hour session, concluded with a call for sisters to reflect on their commitment to their mission, encouraging positive change and transformation. It reinforces the mission of the congregation to serve with faith, love, and dedication, fostering a future of greater collaboration and renewed commitment.

As the session drew to a close, the coordinator invited participants to share their insights and experiences. The responses were both profound and inspiring:
