Nome: Sr. Betty Derwin
Sister Betty Derwin was born on July 11th 1935 in Dublin. She entered the Novitiate in Wales on September 29th. 1960. Her First Profession was made on August 15th. 1963 and her Final Profession on August 15th.1968.
She spent most of her religious working life in Wales, doing parish ministry. She brought joy and happiness to the older people, entertaining them with her songs and guitar and with the folk groups.
She was loved and appreciated everywhere and her kindness and generosity of spirit always put others first. She brightened up a room when she entered it with her warm smile.
Sister Betty will be missed by us all. May she rest in peace.
