The artistic ambience depicted the theme :   'Together in Leadership'.  At this ambience,  the photos of the various Leadership Teams, since the inception of the 'Province of Nagpur,' were beautifully displayed. Standing there before the ambience, gave a feeling of walking down memory lane.The day's liturgy and  prayer before sessions expressed gratitude to the out-going team and welcoming the new team. In his homily Father spoke on the humility of St. John the Baptist, highlighting the need for leaders to reach out in humble service. (Servant leadership)

Proposals from communities were studied and considered with a lively discussion and interactive session. The structures of participation were decided upon and various commissions were formed with a coordinator, asst.coordinator and secretary. 'Mike time'- a  SPACE  was offered to every member of the chapter to speak on any pertinent points which perhaps was not dealt with, during the chapter.

Had a  Google meet  session with Sr.Sally and  Sr. Mariaelena, where the members were invited to share their experiences, hopes and dreams for the province and congregation. Sr. Sally and Sr.Mariaeleena, requested for some more information on the chapter and the delegates in turns shared their views. The four Temporary Professed  sisters too shared their experiences. Their active participation and contribution was very much appreciated.  Sr.Aruna Toppo and Sr. Elizabeth Joseph  shared their feelings of joy and gratitude for being felicitated for their 20+ years of dedicated service  in mission and ministry for the poor and for the hearing impared.  Srs. Sally and Marialeena then thanked both  the out-going team and  the newly elected team with blessings of prayers and love.
