It was a day  of joy to celebrate womanhood. We are proud to be women of compassion, love and tenderness, women of hard work and sincerity.  Let us give thanks to the Lord for all the gifts and talents he has given us.

We began our day with a beautiful celebration of the Eucharist. We were happy to have several people present from our parish.

During mass we prayed for the women who are  suffering  silently.

Our celebration included a meal to which we invited the women who work with us.

It was a great joy to share lunch with them. Afterwards we played, laughed and had fun.

We ended our day in the evening with the Way of the Cross.

We chose 4 stations where Jesus met women:

In the fourth station, Jesus meets his mother;

The sixth station: Veronica wipes Jesus' face;

The eighth station: Jesus meets the women of Jerusalem;

The thirteenth station: Jesus in his mother's arms.

At the end of the prayer, we shared our feelings.
