The Housekeeping Staff Felicitated in Honour of St. Joseph

On May 1st 2021 the feast of St. Joseph the worker was celebrated by complimenting and honouring all our housekeeping staff at Asha Niketan Convent, Bhopal, India. A prayer service was conducted praising and thanking God for the great and honourable work these young men and women do and thus helping the sisters to focus on full time ministry.
A short presentation by Fr. Shellmon Anthony of Bhopal Arch diocese focussed on the value of their work and called it as service rendered to everyone and indirectly partaking in the ministry of the sisters. He highlighted the importance of hard work after the example of St. Joseph as seen in his life.

All the 11 housekeeping staff were honoured with a gift and a small sum of money each. They were then invited for breakfast together.
