The big feet of our works no longer enter the shoe that we use. Here is a great challenge for the initial and continuous training not to cut the fingers of those who arrive and not throw away the historical shoes of the Institution. Are works today the name of our crisis?
The shoes of our history are beautiful and precious gifts, but in the formative process we can not erase the dreams of those who arrive, the values, the cultural riches, the new understanding of mission in the light of the Charism of Unity in diversity, imposing on them the weight of our history. It is necessary to strike a balance. The new vocations need to be aware that embracing the Charism, they also embrace the history, traditions, values and life of our predecessors! On the part of the Institution it needs openness to favor new experiences, a new way, a new expression of the Charism. (Marinice Brazil)

Let us listen carefully to the voice of the Holy Spirit, who gives wisdom and shows the way to those who trust in Him. When we are insecure, we resort to the rules.
