Reaching out to those Stranded during COVID-19 Lockdown

As we religious take measures to protect ourselves from the virus we should also reach out to the poor, “who, unlike us”, are truly in helpless and even in desperate situation. We the three Sisters at Chargaon, Jabalpur, M.P. are reaching out to our poor people who walk miles and miles, for medical and material needs. Our hearts were filled with love, kindness and care for the poor and the vulnerable. So, we went out to their homes distribution the basic requirements for their sustenance and surviva, taking the challenges and facing risks. This is not a lockdown, but our reaching out in “magis” to them.

This lockdown has bonded the community by their personal sharing through prayer and concern for the needy. Social Distancing has brought people and hearts in closeness of faith and concern for humanity.
