    03.16.2020 | New coordination team in the Province of Denmark

       The Sisters of St. Joseph of Chambery of Denmark had their Provincial Chapter on March 14, 2020. They voted and decided to become a Region, since there are only 24 Sisters and out of which 14 of them are in the Senior health care home. Becoming a region gives them greater flexibility. Sisters had been involved in reflection about this matter for the past two years.

    On Sunday afternoon, March 15th, the Sisters elected the Regional Coordination Team, which was constituted as follows:

    S. Susanne Hoyos – Coordinator,
    S. Gisela Heitz,
    S. Marianne Bode 
    S. Angela Rammé - Substitute

    Sr. Sally Hodgdon, Superior General, thanked the Sisters for their willingness to serve the Region of Denmark and expressed the cordial support of the entire General Council. She also thanked everyone for their prayers for the success of the Provincial Chapter.
