On Sunday, 23 February, 2020 Nagpur, sisters from neighbouring communities gathered at Snehalaya, Provincial House, to participate in the sharing of the 2020 Extended Council held in Rome - Incarnating Love with Joy - by our Province Leadership. Words of welcome and a meaningful prayer conducted by Sr. Claudia opened the sharing sessions. Sr. Philo, Provincial, enlightened the assembly on the Opening Address of Sr. Sally. As leaders, all of us should strive to be the living embodiment of God’s love.
S. Charmaine and S.Olinda explained the sessions on Global Religious Life and Interculturality, respectively. The members were later divided into six groups for reflection and discussion on certain questions. Reports were presented later. Other topics like Merging of Pinerolo Sisters, China, Mission Ad Gentes, Initial and Ongoing Formation were also presented.
It was an enriching and fruitful day as the entire group relived experiences of the Extended Council.
