At the General House in Rome, February 12 to 16, 2018, Sisters Lucy Papakkattu Joseph (Lyon), Lilly Cherian Padayattil (Chambéry), Adikalamary Antonymuthu (Lyon), Amala Doss (Annecy), Margareth Belanger (Carondolet) and Barbara Bozak (Chambéry), gathered to organize the implementation and the development process of the Leaders like Leaven program, to be developed in India during 2018 and 2019. This program was held in the United States 2013 to 2016 and exceeded the expectations of the participants. This year it will be adapted to the Indian culture and will be offered the 35 Sisters, ages 35 and 50, who have exercised some leadership role over the last 5 years or are currently in exercise of leadership. The program includes several meetings via Skype, Zoom or Webex and attendance at two meetings of 4 days each.

Sister Barbara and Sister Margareth are the facilitators of the program, with Sister Barbara being the coordinator of the entire endeavor.
