Disciples In Christ

The three postulants of the Bolivian Region, Luz Heidy Piérola, Isabel Ilorca and Elizabeth Chanato participated in a retreat guided by Brother Raul Schönfeld, Marist. They said that it was an experience of deep personal encounter with the GOD who LOVES and who CALLS us to follow Him.  It was also an opportune moment for them to review the vocational process, questioning themselves and Jesus in a climate of trust.

After this time of retreat and personal recollection, the postulants stated that, “Our questions were clarified and disappeared, little by little. We could personally respond to GOD’s call with love and generosity, the call to take on Religious Life as a Sister of Saint Joseph.  We can say that we returned home strengthened in our vocation. We saw concretely that, Jesus invites us to walk as true disciples, having three fundamental qualities, humility, trust and availability, and always seeking to know Him more deeply.”
